  • ½ tsp. organic garlic powder
  • 3 Tbsp. virgin coconut oil
  • 2 tsp. organic arrowroot
  • 1 packet SweetLeaf Stevia Plus® Sweetener SweetLeaf Stevia Plus
  • ½ c. chopped organic onion
  • 32 oz. grass-fed beef sirloin, cut into 2” strips
  • ¼ c. hot water
  • 1 c. Imagine Organic Beef Flavored Broth Imagine Organic Beef Flavored Broth
  • 2 medium organic green bell peppers, roughly chopped
  • ½ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp. organic tamari
  • 1 can Eden Foods Organic Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz. can) Eden Foods Organic Diced Tomatoes
  1. Sprinkle strips of sirloin with garlic powder.
  2. Heat the coconut oil in a large, safe nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add the beef strips and cook until golden brown on all sides. Transfer to slow cooker.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk arrowroot with hot water until dissolved. Pour into the slow cooker with meat. Stir in onion, green peppers, tomatoes, soy sauce, beef broth, stevia, and salt.
  4. Cover, and cook on High for 3 to 4 hours, or on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
