  • 4 c., chopped organic broccoli florets
  • 1 c. chopped organic roasted red peppers
  • ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ c. filtered water
  • 2 cloves organic garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  1. Add oil to a large, safe non-stick skillet and heat over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add broccoli and water. Cook until broccoli is bright green and crisp-tender, 5-8 minutes. Stir in roasted red peppers; season with salt and pepper. Transfer to serving dishes. Serve.
