Raw, Dairy-Free Nacho Cheese Recipe

  • ¼ tsp. Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. organic tamari
  • 1 c. filtered water
  • 1 tsp. mustard powder
  • 16 oz. raw macadamia nuts
  • 4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. organic turmeric
  • 1 tsp. organic cayenne pepper
  1. Add macadamia nuts, lemon juice, tamari, sea salt, turmeric, mustard powder and cayenne to a VitaMix or blender.
  2. Slowly pour water into food processor or blender while processing to reach desired consistency.
  3. Serve with crudités or drizzle over broccoli, cauliflower, and asparagus.
  4. Store in an air-tight container for up to three days.

  1. The Raw, Dairy free Nacho Recipes lists Sea Salt as an ingredient but does not tell you to add it in the directions. Also, the directions tells you to add soy sauce to the blender but does not list it in the list of ingredients.
