
Primal Porridge
- 2 Tbsp. organic walnuts, chopped
- ½ packet SweetLeaf Stevia Plus® Sweetener
- 2 large organic eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Bob’s Red Mill Organic Coconut Flour
- 2 Tbsp. organic virgin coconut oil, melted
- ½ c. filtered or spring water
- ½ tsp. organic cinnamon
- In a saucepan, whisk together eggs, coconut flour, melted coconut oil, stevia, salt and water until smooth.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until water is absorbed and a porridge-like consistency is reached (about 5-7 minutes).
- Top with nuts and cinnamon.
- Serve.
