
Cauliflower Mashers
- 4 c. organic cauliflower florets
- ½ tsp. Celtic sea salt
- ¼ c. organic buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. organic, grass-fed butter
- ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- Steam the cauliflower until soft.
- Puree in a food processor, adding the butter and the buttermilk to taste.
- Season with salt and pepper.
