  • 2 medium organic avocados
  • 1 medium organic tomato
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped organic red onion
  • 3 Tbsp. organic lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. minced organic garlic
  1. Quarter tomatoes, discard seeds, and chop. Halve and pit avocados. Scoop avocado flesh into a bowl and mash. Stir in tomatoes, remaining ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Makes about 2 cups.
