  • ½ c. organic full fat coconut milk
  • 2 large pastured egg yolks
  • 4 Tbsp. Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Zero
  • ¼ tsp. SweetLeaf® Stevia Extract
  • 4 Tbsp. organic virgin coconut oil
  • ½ tsp. organic vanilla extract
  • 2 oz. organic coconut flakes (unsweetened)
  • 1 c. organic pecans, finely chopped
  1. In a large saucepan combine coconut milk, erythritol, egg yolks, coconut oil and vanilla.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in pecans and coconut.
  4. Spread on cake while still warm.
