  • 1 whole organic lemon, zest and juice
  • 1 c. organic buttermilk
  • 2 medium organic avocados, mashed
  • ½ medium organic cucumber, diced
  • ½ medium organic onion, chopped
  • ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 c. organic chicken broth
  1. Combine avocados, cucumbers, onion, lemon juice ,lemon zest and buttermilk in a blender or food processor. Puree. Add broth, one cup at a time, until creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon into bowls, sprinkle with cayenne. Serve.
