  • ½ c. organic balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • ¼ c. Cascadian Farm Organic Cherries Cascadian Farms Organic Cherries
  • ¼ c. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  1. Add cherries to a small saucepan with 2 Tbsp. purified or spring water. Heat over medium heat and bring cherries to a gentle simmer.
  2. Transfer cherries to Magic Bullet with balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Pulse to puree to a smooth consistency.
  3. Add oil and pulse again for 20 seconds to combine, adding water to thin, if necessary.
  4. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
