  • 1 16-oz can organic garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. tahini (sesame paste)
  • 2 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cloves organic garlic, crushed
  • 4 stalks organic celery, cut into 3-inch pieces
  • 2 medium organic carrot, cut into 3-inch sticks
  1. In a food processor, add garbanzo beans, garlic, tahini, and ¼ cup water. Process until smooth. Serve with veggies for dipping
