Flax Pizza Crust Recipe

Ingredients
  • 24 Tbsp. flax seed meal
  • 1 tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • 1 tsp. organic oregano
  • ½ c. filtered or spring water
  • 3 large organic eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 packet SweetLeaf Stevia PlusĀ® Sweetener SweetLeaf Stevia
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together.
  3. Add wet ingredients, and mix well.
  4. Let stand for 5 minutes to thicken.
  5. Spread on greased pan or oiled unbleached parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Add toppings of choice and return to oven to cook through.
