  • 1 Tbsp. organic Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. organic capers
  • 2 whole fresh organic lemons, juiced
  • 1 clove organic garlic, minced
  • 4 Tbsp. fresh organic tarragon, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. organic cold-pressed avocado oil
  • ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a non-reactive bowl. Pour over salad just before ready to serve.
