  • 2 oz. organic gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 8 c. organic baby spinach
  • 2 medium organic pears
  1. Core and slice each pear into 8 slices.
  2. Place 2 cups spinach on a plate.
  3. Top with 4 slices pear and half an ounce of gorgonzola cheese.
  4. Serve with dressing of choice.
