Ingredients
  • 3 medium organic tomatoes, diced
  • ¼ c. fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 medium organic avocados
  • ½ whole organic jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped organic yellow onion
  • 3 cloves organic garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 8 leaves, outter organic romaine lettuce
Instructions
  1. In a medium sized bowl, mash the avocado.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well to combine.
  3. Spread mixture onto lettuce leaves and wrap.
