  • 2 Tbsp. chopped organic sweet onion
  • 2 medium organic avocados
  • 3 cloves organic garlic, minced
  • 8 leaves organic Bibb lettuce
  • 2 medium organic tomatoes, diced
  • ½ whole organic jalapeno pepper, diced
  • ¼ c. organic cilantro, chopped
  • 1 ear organic corn, kernels
  • 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
  1. In a medium sized bowl, mash the avocado.
  2. Add tomatoes, jalapeno, onion, cilantro, corn and lime juice. Stir to combine.
  3. Spread mixture onto lettuce leaves and wrap to secure.
  4. Serve.
