  • 2 tsp. raw agave nectar
  • 2 whole (2" diam) organic beets, shredded
  • 1 tbps. caraway seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. organic extra virgin coconut oil
  • ½ head, medium organic red cabbage, shredded
  • 3 large organic carrots, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. organic lemon juice
  1. In a small bowl, whisk lemon juice, agave and macadamia oil. Add remaining ingredients to a medium bowl and toss to combine. Drizzle with dressing, mix well. Serve.
