Ingredients
  • 2 oz. organic goat cheese
  • 6 c. organic mixed greens
  • 1 medium organic pear, thinly sliced
  • ⅓ c. organic walnuts, chopped
Instructions
  1. In a large salad bowl, combine greens, pear slices and walnuts.
  2. Toss with dressing of choice.
  3. Divide among serving dishes, top with goat cheese.
  4. Serve.
