Primal Nutmeal with Raspberries & Pumpkin Seeds Recipe

  • ½ oz. raw organic pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. organic flaxseed, ground
  • 3 large pasture-raised eggs
  • ¼ oz. raw organic pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ c. Pacific Organic Almond Milk (Plain)
  • ½ c. organic raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp. organic walnuts
  • ½ tsp. ground organic cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground organic nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp. ground organic ginger
  1. Add walnuts, pecans, flax seed and spices to a food processor or Magic Bullet. Pulse to a course grain. Set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, whisk together eggs and almond milk until you reach a custard-like consistency.
  3. Stir in the nut mixture.
  4. Warm over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches an oatmeal-like consistency; about 3 minutes.
  5. Top with pumpkin seeds and raspberries.
  6. Serve.
