  • 4 Tbsp. Navitas Naturals Organic Palm Sugar Navitas Naturals Palm Sugar
  • 5 medium organic apples
  • 2 c. ground organic almond flour
  • ½ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg
  • 8 Tbsp. organic virgin coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Melt coconut oil.
  3. Core and chop apples into 1” pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, palm sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Whisk well.
  5. In a smaller bowl, combine melted oil and vanilla.
  6. Stir wet ingredients into dry.
  7. Place chopped apples in a 2-3 quart glass baking dish .
  8. Sprinkle topping over the apples.
  9. Cover and bake for 45-50 minutes on lowest rack.
  10. Remove cover and bake 10 more minutes to brown crisp
  11. Serve warm
