Ingredients
  • 2 medium organic cucumbers, peeled
  • 4 slices organic ginger (about ¼" thick each)
  • 1 whole organic lemon, juiced
  • ½ c. organic parsley
  • 1 whole (2" diam) organic beet
  • 8 stalks organic celery
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a Vitamix or high powered blender and blend on high, adding water to thin to desired consistency.
  2. Chill juice if desired, and serve.
