Ingredients
  • ⅓ c. chopped organic red onion
  • 1 Serving Truvia: Nature's Calorie-Free Sweetener
  • 2 Tbsp. organic avocado oil
  • 4 oz. organic goat cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. organic walnuts, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. organic apple cider vinegar
  • 2 c. chopped organic dandelion greens
Instructions
  1. Cut off and discard stem bases. Cut each stalk into 2-inch pieces. Place on a serving dish.
  2. Top with cheese. Sprinkle with onion.
  3. In small safe, nonstick pan combine vinegar, oil, and Truvia; heat to dissolve crystals, stirring. Pour over salad and toss lightly.
  4. Sprinkle with nuts and serve.
