Ingredients
  • 8 c. chopped organic dandelion greens
  • 5 cloves organic garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
  • 3 tsp. toasted sesame seed oil
Instructions
  1. Heat water in a large saucepan and blanch greens. Drain. Add the olive oil and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add the sesame and garlic and sauté 2 minutes more. Drizzle the sesame oil and serve.
