  • ¼ c. chopped organic tomato (seeds removed)
  • ½ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. organic, chopped mint leaves
  • 2 cloves organic garlic, minced
  • ½ c. organic sour cream
  • 1 medium organic cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • ½ tsp. organic cumin seeds, lightly toasted and chopped
  • 2 c. Oikos Greek Yogurt
  1. On a cutting board, use the side of a large knife to mash the garlic with a large pinch of salt to a paste.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the garlic paste with the yogurt, sour cream, cucumber, tomato, mint and toasted cumin.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve.
