Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp. organic virgin coconut oil
  • 1 c. filtered or spring water
  • ½ Tbsp. Bob’s Red Mill Organic Coconut Flour
  • 1 Scoops Jay Robb Vanilla Egg White Protein
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender, Vitamix or Magic Bullet with two ice cubes.
  2. Blend on high until smooth, adding water to achieve desired consistency.
  3. Serve.
