  • 1 tbsp. organic, grass-fed butter
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. organic chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 4 medium organic sweet potatoes, peeled, cut in ½" pieces
  • 3 Tbsp. organic milk
  1. Boil potatoes for 15 minutes. Drain and place in a large bowl. Mash with a potato masher until smooth. Stir in milk, butter and chipotles. Serve.
