Almond Joy Chocolate Bark Recipe

Ingredients
  • ¼ c. unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ c. almonds
  • 10 Tbsp Enjoy Life Foods Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place coconut on a baking sheet and toast for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Melt chocolate over very low heat.
  4. Pour melted chocolate onto a unbleached parchment lined 8x8 inch baking dish.
  5. Scatter almonds and 3 tablespoons of coconut over chocolate.
  6. Using a rubber spatula, spread the mixture evenly back and forth to ½ inch thickness.
  7. Sprinkle remaining tablespoon of coconut on top of mixture.
  8. Place bark in fridge. Let set for 2 hours.
  9. Break into squares and keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
