  • 4 large pastured eggs
  • 8 Tbsp. Native Forest Organic Classic Coconut Milk
  • ¼ tsp. Celtic Sea Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Bob’s Red Mill Organic Coconut Flour
  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well combined.
  3. Line a muffin tin with muffin liners and fill them about ⅔ full.
  4. Put in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until tops are lightly browned. Do not open the oven door or they may collapse.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.

  1. Hi, can I substitute the coconut milk for skim milk?

  2. just checking as I am on the hunt for a popover recipe. Are the amounts correct in this recipe? Flour….two tablespoons (1/8th cup) of coconut flour for six popovers. Is that correct?
