How we use AI
Healing Gourmet uses AI tools in its work, and we would rather tell you where than let you wonder.
What AI helps with. Drafting and editing written content. Research assistance. Generating meal plans and recipe matches inside Meal Genius. Sorting quiz responses into patterns inside Diet Decode.
What it doesn’t do. It doesn’t decide what we publish. Every article, recipe and email goes out under Kelley Grace Herring’s name because she wrote or rewrote it, and every health claim is checked by a person against a source. Recipes are developed and tested by hand in a real kitchen — you cannot generate a formula that works without baking it, repeatedly, and failing at it several times first.
What it isn’t. Nothing here is medical advice, whether a person or a system produced it. AI tools can be confidently wrong, which is one reason a human reviews health content before it publishes and why we tell you when something is uncertain.
Your information. We don’t submit your health information to AI systems for training. What you tell us is used to help you, not to build a model.
