Ingredients
- ¼ cup plain unsweetened almond milk
- 20 drops liquid stevia
- 2 Tbsp erythritol or allulose
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 cup virgin coconut oil
- ¼ cup organic cocoa powder
- ⅛ tsp sea salt
- 2 Tbsp grass-fed butter
- 2 Tbsp organic heavy cream
Instructions
- Line a 9×5″ loaf pan with unbleached parchment paper.
- In a small saucepan, melt almond butter and coconut oil over medium-low heat. Stir in almond milk, sea salt, and liquid stevia.
- Blend the mixture in a blender or use an immersion blender for smooth incorporation.
- Pour into the lined pan and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Melt 2 Tbsp of coconut oil and whisk in cocoa powder, heavy cream, and Keto Sweet. Drizzle this mixture over the fudge and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Chill to set, then slice into squares.
