Ingredients
  • ¼ cup plain unsweetened almond milk 
  • 20 drops liquid stevia 
  • 2 Tbsp erythritol or allulose  
  • 1 cup almond butter  
  • 1 cup virgin coconut oil  
  • ¼ cup organic cocoa powder  
  • ⅛ tsp sea salt  
  • 2 Tbsp grass-fed butter  
  • 2 Tbsp organic heavy cream
Instructions
  1. Line a 9×5″ loaf pan with unbleached parchment paper.  
  2. In a small saucepan, melt almond butter and coconut oil over medium-low heat. Stir in almond milk, sea salt, and liquid stevia.  
  3. Blend the mixture in a blender or use an immersion blender for smooth incorporation.  
  4. Pour into the lined pan and refrigerate for 2 hours.  
  5. Melt 2 Tbsp of coconut oil and whisk in cocoa powder, heavy cream, and Keto Sweet. Drizzle this mixture over the fudge and let cool for 10 minutes.  
  6. Chill to set, then slice into squares.
