Ingredients
- 2 breasts pastured chicken
- 1 16 oz. jar organic salsa
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in Instant Pot Vessel.
- Pour salsa over chicken.
- Close and lock the lid. Se pressure to HIGH and time to 10 minutes.
- When time is up, do a quick release (a natural release is fine too)
- Shred the chicken with two forks or a meat shredder.
- Adjust seasoning and serve as desired.
