Ingredients
  • 2 breasts pastured chicken
  • 1 16 oz. jar organic salsa
Instructions
  1. Place chicken breasts in Instant Pot Vessel.
  2. Pour salsa over chicken.
  3. Close and lock the lid. Se pressure to HIGH and time to 10 minutes.
  4. When time is up, do a quick release (a natural release is fine too)
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks or a meat shredder.
  6. Adjust seasoning and serve as desired.
