Ingredients
- ¼ pound ginger
- 1 cup erythritol
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Add ginger, erythritol and water to the InstantPot.
- Close the lid and turn to “manual”. Choose the high setting and 30 minutes on the timer.
- When done cooking, quick release the pressure cooker.
- Strain and store in a glass jar.
