  • 4 medium organic tomatoes, cored and quartered
  • 1 dash Celtic sea salt
  • 1 tsp. coarsely ground fresh pepper
  1. Place tomatoes on a plate or serving dish.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and grind pepper over.
  3. Serve.
