- 4 medium organic tomatoes, cored and quartered
- 1 dash Celtic sea salt
- 1 tsp. coarsely ground fresh pepper
- Place tomatoes on a plate or serving dish.
- Sprinkle with salt, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and grind pepper over.
