- 1 c. organic whole milk
- ¾ c. organic erythritol
- 2 c. organic heavy cream
- ½ tsp. SweetLeaf® Stevia Extract
- Place ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and combine until well blended.
- Pour into freezer bowl of ice cream maker and follow manufacturers instructions.
- Place into freezer until firm, about 2 hours.
