  • 6 medium (6in) organic sprouted grain tortillas
  • 1 medium organic avocado, sliced
  • 18 oz. organic, free range turkey breast meat
  • 2 c. chopped organic watercress
  • ½ c. organic, light sour cream
  • ¼ c. canned organic chipotle peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. organic lime juice
  1. To prepare Chipotle Sour Cream, add sour cream, chipotle peppers and lime juice to a blender. Mix until smooth and refrigerate. Spread 1 tsp. of chipotle sour cream on each wrap, then layer turkey, avocado and watercress. Roll the wrap tightly and slice, securing each pinwheel with a toothpick.
