  • ¾ c. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 large organic egg
  • ¼ tsp. mustard powder
  • ½ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp. minced basil
  • 1 Tbsp. organic lemon juice
  • ½ medium organic tomato, peeled and seeded
  1. Add lemon, egg, salt and mustard to a food processor and blend.
  2. Add oil in a slow steady stream until it is fully blended.
  3. Chop tomato pulp and add to food processor with the basil.
  4. Blend for 30 seconds.
  5. Keep refrigerated.
