  • 4 medium organic turnips, peeled
  • ½ tsp. organic chili powder
  • 1 tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
  1. Heat oven to 425 F.
  2. Cut turnips into 2 x ½ sticks.
  3. Place on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and chili powder. Toss with your hands to coat. Spread out in a single layer.
  5. Roast fries 30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time for even browning.
  6. Serve immediately.
