  • ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves organic garlic, pressed
  • ½ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • 2 tsp. organic fennel seed
  • 16 oz. wild shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tsp. organic red pepper flakes
  • 1 whole organic lemon, juice and zest
  1. Place shrimp in a medium non-reactive bowl with fennel, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper and lemon zest.
  2. Add garlic and oil and mix to coat.
  3. Heat a safe, nonstick skillet to medium-high.
  4. Cook shrimp until pink and firm, pour in lemon juice. Serve.
