  • 2 medium organic onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp. organic dried oregano
  • 3 c. Imagine Organic Free Range Chicken Broth
  • 4 medium organic red peppers, chopped
  • 4 -8oz. breasts organic pasture-raised chicken
  • 6 cloves organic garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp. ground cumin
  • ½ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • 2 c. Eden Foods Organic Cannellini (White Kidney) Beans
  1. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces.
  2. Heat a safe, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add ¼ cup water to cover bottom of pan. When simmering, add chicken pieces and cook 4-5 minutes, until opaque in center.
  3. Drain chicken.
  4. Combine chicken and remaining ingredients in slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on Low 8-10 hours or High 4-5 hours.
