  • 8 c. fresh organic green beans
  • 3 tsp. organic walnut oil
  • ½ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ c. organic walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 oz. organic blue cheese, crumbled
  • ½ c. Imagine Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth
  1. Preheat a large, safe, non-stick skillet to medium heat. Add the broth and green beans. Cover and steam the beans in the broth for 6-8 minutes, or until crisp tender. Remove from heat, transfer beans to serving dishes. Top with walnuts and blue cheese, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve.
