  • 1 head organic Bok choy
  • 1 Tbsp. organic tamari (wheat-free soy sauce)
  • 2 cloves organic garlic, chopped
  • 3 tsp. organic toasted sesame oil
  • ⅓ c. organic chicken broth
  1. Heat sauté pan or wok over high heat. Add broth and garlic, stir-fry until pale golden, 5 to 10 seconds. Add bok choy and stir-fry until leaves wilt, about 2 minutes. Cover with lid and cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender, 2 to 4 minutes. Drizzle with sesame oil and soy sauce, then transfer to a serving dish.
