  • ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. organic balsamic vinegar
  • 4 c. fresh organic asparagus
  • 1 Tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Trim asparagus to remove woody stem and cut on diagonal into 2 inch pieces. Put asparagus in large zip seal bag, pour in olive oil, vinegar, and season with salt and pepper. Shake bag to coat asparagus with oil/vinegar mixture. Pour into ceramic or glass baking dish. Cook asparagus 20-30 minutes, removing from oven when asparagus is still slightly crisp and firm.
