- 3 medium organic tomatoes, diced
- ¼ c. fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 medium organic avocados
- ½ whole organic jalapeno pepper, diced
- 2 Tbsp. chopped organic yellow onion
- 3 cloves organic garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 8 leaves, outter organic romaine lettuce
- In a medium sized bowl, mash the avocado.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir until well to combine.
- Spread mixture onto lettuce leaves and wrap.
