  • 1 c. filtered or spring water
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. raw walnuts
  • 16 tbsp. raw pine nuts
  • ½ c. fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves organic garlic
  1. Add garlic to a VitaMix or food processor until processed into small pieces.
  2. Add walnuts and pine nuts and process to fine grainules.
  3. Add miso and lemon juice and process, adding water to achieve a ricotta cheese consistency.
  4. Add parsley and process to incorporate.
  5. Keep in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to four days.
