
Raw, Dairy-Free Dill Cheese
- 2 c. raw sunflower seeds
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- ½ c. filtered or spring water
- 2 cloves organic garlic
- 2 Tbsp. fresh dill
- ¼ tsp. Celtic Sea Salt
- Add sunflower seeds, lemon juice, garlic, sea salt and fresh dill to a VitaMix or high-powered blender
- Blend on low speed, increasing, while drizzling in water until desired consistency is reached.
- Enjoy this dairy-free dill cheese recipe over vegan burgers or as a dressing for a large green salad.
- Store in an air-tight container for up to three days.
