  • 2 c. raw sunflower seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ c. filtered or spring water
  • 2 cloves organic garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh dill
  • ¼ tsp. Celtic Sea Salt
  1. Add sunflower seeds, lemon juice, garlic, sea salt and fresh dill to a VitaMix or high-powered blender
  2. Blend on low speed, increasing, while drizzling in water until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Enjoy this dairy-free dill cheese recipe over vegan burgers or as a dressing for a large green salad.
  4. Store in an air-tight container for up to three days.
