- ¼ tsp. organic cinnamon
- 5 drops liquid stevia extract
- 2 Tbsp. organic raw chia seeds
- ¼ tsp. organic nutmeg
- Add all ingredients to a VitaMix or high speed blender.
- Blend until smooth.
