  • 4 c. organic baby arugula
  • 1 medium organic pear
  • 1 c. organic raspberries
  1. Slice pear into 8 slices. Coat with lemon juice to prevent browning. Arrange arugula on plates. Top each with 4 slices pear and half a cup of raspberries. Serve with Raspberry Vinaigrette or Balsamic Vinaigrette.
