  • ½ c. organic whole milk
  • 4 medium organic garnet sweet potatoes
  • 1 tsp. organic vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. SweetLeaf® Stevia Extract
  • 2 tsp. Simply Organic Pumpkin Pie Spice
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Scrub sweet potatoes and poke with a fork. Bake 45 minutes or until soft.
  3. Meanwhile, add milk, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice to a medium pot.
  4. Remove sweet potatoes from oven and slice open to cool slightly.
  5. Scoop out the sweet potato flesh and add to the milk mixture.
  6. Heat over medium-low while blending with a hand mixer until smooth.
