  • 1 oz. pistachios
  • 4 Tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 c. fresh organic basil
  • ½ c. spring water
  • 2 cloves organic garlic
  1. Grind pistachios in a coffee grinder to pulverize. Add basil, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, spring water and ground pistachios to a food processor or blender. Process approximately 2-3 minutes until pesto is smooth.
