  • 2 oz. organic pistachios, finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ c. organic milk
  • 24 oz. wild, line-caught mahi mahi (6 oz. fillets)
  • 1 large organic omega-3 egg
  • ½ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a shallow dish, whisk together egg and milk.
  3. Place chopped pistachios on a plate.
  4. Sprinkle mahi with sea salt and pepper.
  5. Dip fish in egg mixture then in pistachios.
  6. Place fish in a baking dish and bake 5 minutes per inch of thickness.
