  • 2 c. whole raw hazelnuts (240g)
  • 1 Tbsp. organic vanilla extract
  • 4 Tbsp. Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Zero
  • 10 drops liquid stevia (to taste)
  • 8 Tbsp. Native Forest Organic Classic Coconut Milk
  • ¼ tsp. Celtic Sea Salt
  • ¼ c. organic cocoa powder
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Place hazelnuts on a cookie sheet and roast for 10-14 minutes, just until fragrant and lightly golden.
  3. Let hazelnuts cool. Place on a paper towel or kitchen towel and rub together to remove skins.
  4. Add skinned nuts to a Vita-mix or food processor. Blend until they turn to a nut butter consistency.
  5. Add other ingredients and blend again until smooth.
